Faster Than Light Communication Is Possible
Get a very, very long stick, billions of miles long. Push it from one end. The other end will move simultaneously, faster than it would take for light to get from one end to the other.

In Korea, it is a common belief that going to sleep with a fan running in the same room will cause people in that room to die. The media reports on death by fan, and the police declare it as a cause of death sometimes. In other countries it is understandably mocked as nonsense, but perhaps we, the rest of the world, are wrong, and there is something different about the air in Korea. Perhaps it’s heavier, or somewhat toxic, and when it’s blown towards someone, it concentrates it near their face, suffocating or poisoning them.
Most people, whether or not they think of themselves as being principled, are actually pragmatists, doing what they think will give the best results in the present rather than guiding their lives by principles, even if those principles may cause them suffering in the short term.
The reason for TV sitcoms with live audiences recorded for the laugh track is because it lets the writers not have to be funny—they just flash the laughter light whenever it’s supposed to be funny, causing the audience at home to laugh along as well so they don’t feel left out, then look back and think “boy, that was funny”, even though if there hadn’t been a laugh track they probably would’ve stopped watching halfway through because it really wasn’t funny at all.
The smarter animals at zoos know exactly what’s going on and that people want them to pose or behave a certain way for the camera, and they do so in the hope that they’ll be rewarded either by the visitors or the zookeepers. Some of the more mischievous animals, however, like monkeys, intentionally avoid such poses, just to watch people get frustrated trying to take photos of them.
If evolution really happened then why did it stop. If we evolved from monkeys then why do monkeys stay monkeys and humans come from humans? Why would it just abruptly stop? Think about it.
Through a greater understanding of higher dimensions, we would be able to instantaneously travel between any two points in our third-dimensional understanding of the Universe.
Twitter intentionally found a maximum length just long enough to express the most primitive idea in an effort to eliminate higher thought in all of its users.
If you watch the same movie in different theaters, you may see slightly different versions because they test multiple versions to see what appeals to audiences.
There have been many new technologies over the years that were superior in many ways to their intended replacements, but they never achieved commercial success and generally died out. This is because, even though the new technologies are often better in many ways, people don’t want to spend the time and effort to learn something new when the existing system works for them. Even if it’s flawed, they know how to use it, so investment of additional time learning something completely different, especially when everyone else is refusing to use the new technology for the same reason, is not worth it to them.
