At some point in their life everyone has or will have an idea that, properly executed, would make them millions of dollars. Most people, however, lack the experience, skill or motivation to either recognize the quality of the idea or do what it takes to follow through on it and turn idea into reality, so nothing ever happens and they maintain their mundane life.
