There Is No Such Thing As Deja Vu

When you feel like you’ve done something or seen something before, either you’ve really seen it or it’s been in a dream of yours. There is no way that we can have such a strong remembrance of something if it hasn’t happened to us.

  1. Deja vu can be based on something you have done before and forgotten, but it can also be triggered by other things without having actually experienced it before. It's the feeling of having experienced something before, not necessarily the effect of having actually experienced it before.
