Technology Stock
We now have technology that our kids will use many years in the future. It is there, ready at warehouses, but companies still have stock of things we use these days. They can’t let the new, innovative things out into the public because of all the money they invested into the current technology. Imagine how much easer and safer and cleaner life would be if the day after tomorrow replaced today!

Companies don't produce so much in advance that it will take years to sell it off, especially when they're in a market that has new breakthroughs on a regular basis. The only potential for this to be true is established companies that are not interested in progress, only maintaining their stagnancy. And that won't work for long, because other companies will make things in their absence, effectively making the original companies extinct.
